Recently, F2Pool has consistently not been filling blocks they find. any guesses why?

The only censoring going on is of their pool's profits.

Probably not, since there are plenty (on the tenths of thousands still) of transactions to pick from in the mempool. Because I believe the mempool hasn't been emptied, or has it and I've missed it?

are they protesting the 1sat/vb ?
they do throw out 1 s/vb transactions. must be a bug.
Are these sanctioned or flagged addresses? That would seem to make the most sense
