This is Ron Paul at his best. I love it. I still have Ron Paul for President lawn signs that I have saved, hoping to use them again.

He is looking for a money that is fairly stable. Yes, gold and silver are mined and increase the supply of money, but that is not pulling it out of thin air and turning nothing into something. He is saying he wants the end to Babylonian magic, in no uncertain terms. I don’t think he will make to much fuss about what path we take, gold, silver, BTC or a basket of commodities, as long as there is no magic involved in creating more of the money.
