Sometimes, when color doesn't enhance an image, black and white is a better choice. It ultimately comes down to tones and gradations. Although the world is in color and it's my default setting, my roots in the darkroom (starting in 2006) gave me a solid foundation in understanding light and its intricacies.

In B&W the photos acquire a sensational effect. In landscapes, and wild areas you get a spooky aura in the appearance of the photograph.
and when applied to photos with people 👥 I feel that it somehow feels like old photos, it gives it that old touch.
the colors are vibrant and full of life, the B&W ones too, but in a totally different spectrum of appreciation.
Thanks for sharing your photographs, they are fantastic and I personally love the wild landscape.
