Smart/specialized technical people are just normies with skills. Finding a skilled person who is also a bitcoiner is rare but not necessary if you have a budget that pays software developer salaries. Premines and rug pules have at least until now been more lucrative to the venture capital crowd where all the money flows hence the lion's share of normie technical expertise gravitates to shitcoinery.
