You’re welcome! Your son will really enjoy the butterfly garden. We have, some here and my family has visited two of them. One was a dedicated butterfly garden that was glassed in to protect it during the winter, too. It is about .5 hectare in various buildings with different kinds of plants and butterflies in each. It was amazing. Another is about a hectare of glassed in building, housing all sorts of animal exhibits that were otherwise open air to the whole building. There were tropical butterflies everywhere. It was also a sight to behold. We are looking forward to next season’s milkweeds and butterflies. We took the seeds from the seed pods and stored some and spread some. In two years time, they will be ready for the butterflies. We have been doing the same for the last 5 years. I forgot to tell you that we originally started with the flowers and milkweed for the bees we keep. Every year I enjoy going out, working with the bees and getting a few stings. Unfortunately, the girls that sting also die, but they did it protecting their hive.
