I was going to post about the TGL match currently going on between Jupiter Links and Boston Common Golf but I thought it might be more fun to feature one of the cool holes these guys play.

This one is called Quick Draw.

It's a par 5 and plays 538 yards if you take the more risky route and try to land on the fairway in the middle of the canyon or plays 720 yards if you take the conservative route and go around the canyon.

These guys are pros so they all take the shortcut.

I will try to post one of these periodically.

Have any of the golf video games or simulator licenses these holes let?

I would think that would be great to get fan involvement. If one could go play the same digital course on their home gaming system or golf sim.

That would be awesome. I don't think it has happened yet but seems like a no brainer.

Are you watching tonight's match. It is much more competitive. I have it on but not watching that closely.

Side Topic: When I watched the previous week's match the computer graphics of the hole (what you see when they hit into the screen) seem very low quality to me.

It reminded me a of a PGA computer game graphics from 2010.

Maybe they spent their time, money, and focus on the stadium and rotating green, not the computer graphics for driving.
