This Smuggler's Cove original is fun to say but easy to drink. If you're wondering, Hawaii's state fish is the namesake. In the future, I will also feature the Lauwiliwilinukunukuʻoiʻoi as well!

Ingredients:
2 oz Gin
3/4 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz pineapple juice
1/2 Orgeat
2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
3-4 drops saline solution

Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Fill with pebble ice, shake and pour into a tiki glass, no garnish needed.will pebble ice.
