This is wishful thinking. He talks of blockchain tech, indicating he still doesn't even understand Bitcoin.

The Doge joke is super annoying but when he says it I think he’s also referring to Bitcoin / Lightning.
For instance when he said the Tesla giftshop would start accepting Doge, they also started accepting on-chain BTC and Lightning.
