I dont want to ruin anyone parade, but l have to say this.
Even if it goes to a million usd, are you going to sell?

Well, you can't. It's always the choice in the order of someone's priorities.
Sell?
Most of them would sell for something else which they want for their life, not for fiat.
Bitcoin can go to $1million very fast and the person who needs a house would sell it (a proportion). So, it actually depends.
