No. Collectivism means thinking of people in terms of the groups they belong to, rather than their individual traits.
By definition, impressive people make an impression on others, which means impressive people are treated as individuals, rather than group members.
Thanks. I thought my words are offensive in some way. Yes, I really don't like all those Feminism movements and reverse feminism groups. In my early days as teacher, I came to know that there were groups for men as well. They talked about Men's rights. I didn't realise at that time what they were upto but clearly they were just manipulating collectivism.
From then, I could never come in terms with any institution that runs any sort of collectivism, the political parties, the movements, the castes, religion and so on..
