Blocking DNS queries to social media and distracting sites is next level. Do you read physical books only then? Or do you consider reading on a kindle not part of screen time?

My only major goal was to eliminate the distractions caused by the regular use of social media.
I have a Kindle because sometimes I can't take lots of books with me, especially when I'm on the bus and need to do a quick review. I definitely need it to read, but I prefer physical books a lot. The Kindle is an exception to this. Thank you.
