Venture Global under ticker VG is set to go live shortly. The final IPO number has come in at $25 a share and right now the bidding indicators are showing a $26.50 opening for the company. This would result in it having a market evaluation at over $70 billion with employee options taken into account and the company raising $1.75 billion in its IPO
The U.S. Dept. of Energy conditionally approved energy developer Venture Global’s proposal to export liquefied natural gas from its planned Calcasieu Pass 2 terminal in Cameron Parish, La., marking the agency's fifth LNG site approval since President Donald Trump ended the Biden administration pause of export permits.
The planned facility, known as CP2, would have capacity to export 3.96 billion cu ft per day of LNG once its construction is completed.
Great growth news for VG. Price is down 60% from IPO.

I gotta be honest I didn't look at the balance sheet I looked at the pipeline… I was working for a Republican Committer when the LNG pause happened and looked at what they had built out and what was in the future
