My wife uses the Calm app and they also have Calm for kids that plays soft music or soothing background sounds which she lets my daughter listen to when she is going to sleep.
Years ago I had the headspace app on my phone and used to do 5 minutes of guided meditation every morning. Life was crazy, I definitely needed to be in the right frame of mind and disposition to start my day.
Life isn't so crazy now but ever since the Health and Fitness territory launched and I got thinking about what I could do to better my health, i thought getting back into a short morning meditation routine might be a small and positive change I could make.
So do you guys use any apps for mindfulness or meditation? If so, which ones do you recommend?
Maybe we need a transcendental meditation stream on zapstream. My mantra can be endthefed.
