Why waste the time and effort? I think the put all this kind of complaint straight to thee ol’ bit bucket or turn them into blue smoke.

I do no control what telegram is inserting ads in a channel.
those ads are visible only for other people, not for me.
Just ignore and I think you can disable the ads from your telegram options.

it's sad that telegram is going on this path, instead of embracing only btc.
They can restrict this crap and other impersonator scams but they seems to let it be a source of income for them.
