It sounds like Trump summarizing a bunch of stuff he's been saying for a while.
Funny, I had the opposite reaction. I thought, wow, this is so different from his last speeches on campaign.
Trump does that pretty often. So did Biden.
This speech reminded me a lot of Biden actually.
