It's a great option due to its proximity to Spain (just 15 km away), since you're from Spain, and the fact that many locals in the northern areas speak Spanish

Purchasing a house in Morocco for $10,000 is unlikely in most cities, especially urban centers. However, it might be possible in smaller towns or rural areas.
