i mean physically i don't feel old or anything, apart from not being able to squat as much due to injury, mentally i also feel fine, but then I'll talk to a 20 something and be like wow, might as well be from another planet

Remember when you were 20 or 25? When I was 25 I thought I knew everything when I didn't know anything. My priorities were dumb and misguided.
I don't take 20 something seriously, most are immature and lack real world experience and knowledge
they are from another planet andd you are from a different planet, that's normal
update: I see this on SN all the time... what planet is this user from? Then I suspect much has to do with age and living in a bubble
