What does it mean when someone says "you look fit"?

Personally, if I said to someone "Hey, you look fit", I would mean they look ENERGISED while doing a task. But I've listened people speaking in various contexts.
"Hey, you are sexy." = You're fit. (Give me a shoutout for this)
"Damn you look hot/amazing/fantastic/.. = You're fit. ;)
"Hey, great muscles." = You're fit.
"Hey, you look in good shape" = you're fit.
And so on...
Let's see how you would interpret when you hear someone say YOU LOOK FIT?
