I've pitched my wife on the Virgin Islands, but it hasn't worked yet. Groceries and gas and such are actually quite expensive there, but there are almost no taxes.

Puerto Rico has no bitcoin taxes but u have to live in puerto rico

Puerto Rico has very high local taxes, though. My understanding is that the Virgin Islands have almost no taxes.
