When I said Wholegrain rice, I meant brown rice :). And it is better than white rice, with a lower GI rating, more fiber and nutrients. When I looked at your trolley the purple package of jasmine said 'white rice' on it.
La Croix is alright, plain sparkling water is better.
For Yogurt, try buying yogurt that is low in sugar and specifically use words like 'pro-biotic' and 'unsweetened' on the packaging.
Unsweetened yogurt! Ok I’ll take a look.
Can I add a bunch of sugary granola to it?

I wouldn't, try switching to rolled oats with a LITTLE bit of brown sugar or maple syrup.
If you can get some local raw honey, that would be better :)

Like literally rolled oats or Quaker Oats instant oatmeal?

Yeah, literally rolled oats. I'm not too familiar with Quaker oats, but if they come in individual servings that should be fine
