Has the DEI program helped anyone, other than give people positions that they dont deserve?
Whatever happened to being accepted for a position based on your merits?
I think so but no where near the harm it has caused. On the whole its not a good thing.
I dont think it is a good thing, either.
Especially when you are hiring based on skin color.
I believe they should be given opportunity.
But the opportunities that they deserve.
Its really absurd.
