It's possible your browser purged the passphrase from its storage. Other than a bug on our end (which is likely too), that's the only thing I can think of.

Mhhh, so it asks you to enter the passphrase again on your laptop?
No :/ Once you're synced you should never lose it on a device unless you manually disconnect from the vault.
