You must be the Cubmaster! I was a Cubmaster for 8 years and had great fun, except for my first year. The whole shebang for the pack was dropped on me all at once and all the older leaders dropped out all at that time. It was glorious after we made it through that first year. I eventually became a council trainer, too. Pie in the face is just a beginning. Just don’t eat the whole pie by yourself, though.
