Just one. I make sure to give people plenty of rope.

I so desperately want to know who it is.

It is a seriously uninteresting account. I mentioned to @Car on our podcast that I'm pretty sure it's just a CCP chatbot.

It makes stupid comments, but in a way that I feel compelled to respond, which always descends into the same tedious conversation as the previous dozen times.

I muted it because it's always the same conversation, which gave me high certainty that I wouldn't miss anything by muting it. If the dumb frustrating conversations were different from each other, I would have allowed it to continue.

Hold up. You have a podcast with @Car?

reply

It sure sounds like I do, from how I phrased that.

Wurds is hard.

I respect your principles even more now. After @siggy47's original post, I went and read a couple of posts from my mutes, and one in particular made me want to barf and then go find a tire iron.

It could be an opportunity for self-growth to leave that shit visible, but then, I've got so many opportunities for that already.

I know who it is ;)

reply

I think a bunch of you do.

I ended up muting him too. Though I think long after you had already done so.

reply

I have a REALLY good guess.

reply

I’d look through your past comments to figure it out, but you have quite a few

reply

Thanks for not mentioning my user name.

By the way, how did you see this post anyway?

reply

Ha! No, you're pretty comfortably not the worst account on SN.

You know, a fake fight would be fun.

Back in the day one of my more creative co-workers made two twitter accounts. One was basically quoting stuff I said in the office(without my knowledge mind you). The other was like the opposite of me.

She was so a lot of fun to work with.
