There are rising cases of breast, colorectal and other cancers in people in their 20s, 30s and 40s. What is going on?
Over the past 10 years, rates of colorectal cancer among 25 to 49 year olds have increased in 24 different countries, including the UK, US, France, Australia, Canada, Norway and Argentina.
That's an interesting one i hadn't heard of yet. Will give me some extra fodder to argue with the Dr next time he tries to prescribe antibiotics for a simple cold, without knowing if it's bacterial or viral.
Whenever I read something from BBC Future, I know it would be something shocking, and it's no surprise for me. Let's see what the coming years' research will find out.
