Sounds like the offer's memo is incorrect. Here are a couple things to double-check:
- Is the P in "Payouts" capitalized?
- Is the bitcoin address in the memo the same one you used when configuring your miners?
- Was the bitcoin address generated from Sparrow?

I'm still getting the same error msg. I tried the bitcoin address + miner name too. The address is definitely the same. I'm signing with a HWW using Sparrow.
You can confirm it's working for your miner?

I'm going to try doing everything on the same device. Otherwise I'll just wait for the next LN wallet to integrate bolt12.
