Every morning, takes about 10 minutes.

Routine is very important! But I can't put the phone down. I quickly check the most important things, put it back and deal with the rest much later.

They've become quite the addiction for most yeah. Mostly the blue light that these tech devices give off though.

my morning tradition is to make coffee.
I can't wake up until I refuel with a cup of strong and aromatic coffee :)

I just set my phone to Don't disturb mode. But I haven't turned off for months.
It's good to have a routine!

I do, yeah, and my laptop. It's mostly for reducing the amount of EMF's that Im surrounded by.

Cold showers first thing in the morning, every morning. Hot showers can come later in the day after I do some exercise or sun in the nude for a bit (yep).
