Every city should have a visitor's entry fee. Toronto should have an entry fee too. If the freeloaders from the GTA want to use and clog up the infrastructure of the city daily so they can work better jobs they should pay up. Anyone with a Toronto address should have an exemption.

Fee not tax. Sounds more palatable. Haha
I used to use the 407 daily. I loved it. Was expensive but well worth it.
