I wonder how much debt each of these companies are holding

reply

I'm not an expert but I've never heard of insurance companies having debts, I've always heard that they were cash cows! Am I wrong?

reply

Trust me all of them have some sort of debt on the balance sheet

Progressive has about $6 billion in debt

Prudential has about $46B in debt

United health group has $78B in debt

Listen to TFTC with Nik Bhatia and learn how the corporation bond game works. Thus it’s no shock these insurance companies have so much debt they have to pay back
