It reminded me that

There is a Disney movie that my kids watch called..

"Luca"

It's about some kids who live on the coast of Italy...

And every time he feels scared or afraid to try something new

He gently hits his head and says

"Silence bruno" "Silence bruno"

And so he silences his brain that tells him not to do that and to give up!!

We all need to have discipline!! Lately the discipline I have acquired is to make or share at least 2 posts on S.N..

It helps me with my learning and I share value with other people 👌

I will not give up.
