There are several free AI tools that I know of which can read aloud text you paste into them. These are the ones I am aware of, are there any better alternatives?
(Context: I found a long form note from Gandalf, explaining ecash very thoroughly and I'd like to listen while I'm in the gym or driving etc.
Obviously there are some privacy concerns with not uploading any data that you wouldn't want thrown in your face in years to come.)
