Was a penalty in the Eagles game. NFL needs to address the inconsistency in the way the rules are enforced.

It's normally a penalty for QB's, but nobody else, which makes no sense.

That seems to be the case for a lot of penalties. I think it was the Seahawks game that he 49ers blew in the 4th quarter where Mason fumbled at the 5 yard line when the defender hammer punched him across the facemask before knocking the ball out. If he did that to a QB he would have been suspended instead fumble recovery. Haha
