yep. This meme is from a guy that his mom found the diskette and put it on the fridge to not be lost... a real bitcoiner mother, but with lack of knowledge about magnets :)

ROTFLMAO!! My wife is like that with magnets on the refrigerator, too. I try to keep stuff like that away from her, she just doesn’t understand!

😂 People had to insert this whole thing, which was as big as the device. But still, I would say it was great beginning; just see how modern terabyte cards are smaller and thinner than your nails.
I would buy some books to learn about past technology.

When 3.5’ floppies came out, I was ecstatic. The 5.5’ floppy’s were really floppy and you had to be careful of not scratching the surface of the disk. It was exposed along a slot in the cover. They also did not have much space for data.

I remember both devices, the camera and the floppy disk. The camera was out of my price bracket, though. I first saw the camera in Akihabara in Tokyo and thought I would like one until I got the sticker shock.
