pull down to refresh

I'm a daily runner for the past 2 years. I prefer doing it in the morning time starting slow and finishing at the top speed. Take a break for stretching for 5 minutes, then be back jogging. It's around 5 kms daily and takes me 35 to 45 minutes at the most.
I believe that running should not be time bound, it can be done anywhere as well. It should be seen as a natural human capability. We're naturally runners, we even run away from running with lame excuses. ;)
