Then, there is no easy solution, is there? If they won’t stay housed they are making a choice to live the way they live and there really is no reason to interfere with their lives. Perhaps, setting aside areas where they can live their lifestyle is the best we can do. The big question is, “Why is the population of homeless booming?” Perhaps looking at it this way would help.
