I start my days, or at least I try to, because I also have kids, very early 6:30 am, with a routine of natural to failure, and after intermittent fasting for 12 hours I drink plenty of water for dehydration, when I finish this routine, a good bath, and a breakfast to compensate the calories consumed which I calculate with my smartwach, I certainly do well, and the day is spent well active. when I don't do it because my time doesn't allow me, due to the kids' school and so on, you feel tired as if you were a longshoreman hahahah. the fittness in the morning is vital. the metabolism thanks it. sats for all.
