[Abs 2025]: 1/10/25 CW: 218.8lbs SW: 223lbs GW: 189lbs💪
Getting abs sucks balls. I highly recommend meal planning as you get closer because it gets really hard to keep in a caloric deficit.
I consider it to be like climbing a mountain, you can't just show up at base camp and hope you make it to the top. You need to have a plan.

Unfortunately, my abs look pretty shitty. I have a lot of loos skin that kind of pools at the bottom, but i have pictures. It happened.
