It sounds like strike tried to make the payment but couldn’t find a suitable route because you didn’t have enough inbound liquidity(or another unknown reason). Not sure why phoenix showed 2 different numbers but if it was in fact on 250k sats then the 350k sats payment to your node would always fail.
