Yes, some of the observed UFO sightings and *crashes* have been reported as such and there are special detachments that are specifically for retrieval of the remnants of the crashes. Or, so it has reported by various people.

I actually meant these factions are clashing in the broader topic of ET disclosure, not necessarily the recent flap over NJ.

I definitely don't think everything over the last 100+ years can be explained only by human activity (exotic or otherwise), just a very large portion.
