You're right. If you somehow end up spending fewer CCs than you receive, they will accumulate. For those of us with attached wallets, you could adjust your dust limits to discharge more of them in small zaps.
Personally, I have 7 CCs right now. I'd guess the folks that have so many that they're suffering a cowboy credit cognitive crisis aren't very big zappers/spenders. They're getting less assmilk per squeeze I'd guess and are parched.
In a surprise upset, this is now my favorite k00b comment, which is remarkable given the competition over the years.
