I don't mind the talk. I'm probably mostly taking offense to the reminder that I haven't communicated this change well.

I ask this because I am ignorant about it, I don't know how it works. I don't mean to offend. I understand that you are under a lot of pressure right now, there are too many things to deal with that I can't even imagine the magnitude, and on top of that you have to add your personal lives. I apologize if at any point I made you feel bad or that I was attacking your work. I think there are some threads that I have missed, I will look for them and read them carefully. Regarding SN's break, that is also an option on the table.
