There is some talk lately about the difficulty of P2P trading and non kyc acquisition of Bitcoin. Here is my suggestion. it is fairly simple. No need for complex online programs and trading.
There are some people who bought into Bitcoin some time ago and now logically will sell down as spending Bitcoin directly is unfortunately still hugely obstructed. So my suggestion is find one or some OG Bitcoiners and let them know you want to buy as and when they wish to sell, at a fair market price. How to locate them should not be rocket science so I leave it to you to find them only to say that in my experience talking to people I know it did not take long to follow the leads and locate several people within my extended network who hold reasonable stacks and are prepared to sell.
There will surely be multiple ways to find OG hodlers and if their Bitcoin is non kyc then your purchases can be too.

You are right, the easiest way to buy Bitcoin is from another person directly, peer to peer. That is what money is for, trading with other people, and it happens all the time at Bitcoin meetups every week all over the world. Just put the word out in your community and you will be surprised at the results. But be sure to respect privacy and don't ask any annoying questions and everything will work just fine. I wrote an article 18 months ago on some of the other way to buy KYC free sats too: #219309
