Yes, more propaganda to swallow. As the article says, the congress controls the purse strings, so you cannot expect a whole lot of cutting because they all love their pork.

Yes, more propaganda to swallow. As the article says, the congress controls the purse strings, so you cannot expect a whole lot of cutting because they all love their pork.
My prediction: they will have some limited success, especially in slashing agencies that Republicans don't like. They likely won't touch agencies that republicans do like. I am not optimistic that DoD will get slashed in any meaningful way.
They will likely declare success on a level which is not warranted given what they actually accomplished.
