I took the funicular several times. 
There wasn't an option to pay for swiss transportation... with Lightning otherwise I would have.

There are however more ways to buy non-kyc with a phone number in train stations in switzerland

I would prefer not to for privacy purposes.

However the BTCMap is very accurate, in fact there are cafes that take lightning not on the map.
