A few shots from today's drive up to my dad's house.

He's got a colonoscopy coming up in a couple of days and asked if I could take him. Luckily, I'm in a position where I can, so that's what I'm doing this week. It's a bit tough seeing your parents age and start needing your help more, but I’m grateful for everything they’ve done for me. Whenever I can help, I do.

These photos came from a quick pullover. What caught my eye first was the bus without wheels, but then the rest of the scene - the dilapidated chaos - just pulled me in. I’ve never noticed any of this before, so I turned around and made a few photographs.
