As I mentioned before, I'm working as photographer for a modeling agency. A few days ago, the agency brought a very experienced person from Bogotá to give a masterclass to the models in my city. I attended as both a photographer and videographer to document everything while also having the opportunity to listen and learn.
First, I'll show you a couple of photos I took of the person in charge of giving the masterclass:
His audience was made up of both male and female models. The first thing we did in class was share our stories to get to know each other better and understand what we wanted to learn from the masterclass.
Then we started doing a runway warm-up so the instructor could correct them and teach them new things.
In the following photos, the models were walking to loosen up a bit, and I took the opportunity to take a couple of photos of them individually:
Next, the person in charge of the masterclass explained how to do a runway correctly and then corrected each person's walk one by one.
The next topic was about body expression:
And the last topic was the one everyone was waiting for and was interested in: they wanted to know about photo posing, which is the same as how to pose better in front of a camera. The guy gave excellent tips and advices.
In the end, I could see the happiness and satisfaction on all the models' faces because the information we got that day was very interesting, and we all learned new things!
