Nobody cares what Donald Trump wants. And I didn't vote for him either. What this article was about... was how 'blockchains' and 'digital assets' will define the future... as if they matter.

Where actual Bitcoin, on-chain or in the form of Lightning (HTLCs) is the only thing that actually matters. The rest (blockchain crypto nonsense) is just... noise. I would have thought that 'blockchain tech' narratives would have succumbed by now but apparently not by the 'experts' at Bloomberg LOL.

It's so much nonsense and has nothing to do with actual Bitcoin or D Trump.

I also point out that Lightning works really well - coming from someone who uses it every day. The author never mentions it but pushes some... 'nexus' thing that noone has ever heard of for 'consumers' which sounds like a lot of... altcoin ico/defi/xrp nonsense.

The author sounds like a crypto-bro without even knowing what Bitcoin is or why it matters which is remarkable for such an "expert".

And it's like Bloomberg says things that are 100% incorrect, total opposite and easily disproved yet they keep doing it and I don't really understand why.
