Thanks :) Yes, not every day, but sometimes. Pike pushups are one of my favorites (working towards being able to do a handstand pushup)

Yeah, I still struggle getting the balance right initially, but when I do, I'm able to stay there for 10-20 secs (sometimes a bit longer)
