No, you literally wrote this:
This means that you think we will not use UPI system because "we won't get it", not because it's centralized.
So you're saying with "I wanted to suggest SN team UPI system that India uses" you didn't mean that you wanted to suggest us (the SN team) to use the UPI system from India?
By UPI system I meant the tech behind it. You won't get it because you'll associate it with fiat directly or centralized authority straightaway, which you're doing right now.
you didn't mean that we should use UPI?
I meant someone (who can) should study UPI tech and see if that can somehow make lightning tech more convenient so that it can be accessed by all, no matter how educated or technically sound they are.

Of course I will, anybody should, because that's how it works.
That's also why you don't understand that there is nothing to study, everybody knows how centralized payment rails work. They use ledgers in databases. That's incompatible with bitcoin which uses a blockchain.
What you're saying is like saying bitcoiners should study how money is printed because the government can't bail people out by printing more bitcoin on a bitcoin standard when bitcoin was literally invented to stop printing money and bailouts.

No, I'm not saying that. Instead I'm just saying that may be there's something in the UPI tech that will help to bridge the gap from being excessively inconvenient to convenient LN transactions for all.
A tech where everyone, irrespective of technical knowledge, can transact in Bitcoin.

Is ecash bitcoin? Or related to Bitcoin?
I've just listened the name so far.

One could describe it as shitcoins backed by bitcoins
Here's a lot to read about them from @Scoresby: https://bitcoinscoresby.com/ecash/
