What have you learned about algorithms? For example, I assume you are trying to optimise your titles, thumbnails etc.
Good question. Basically you HAVE to generate curiosity. And title + thumbnail go hand in hand. Crap title = no click. Crap thumb = no click. I am now trying to make videos with a thumbnail already in mind. I know lots of youtubers who spend days on a thumb, i barely spend 2 hours... so yeah that's the focus of next year.
